About Ausa Health
Ausa Health builds an all in one home diagnostic for remote care of older adults: blood pressure, ECG, body sounds, and temperature in a single device, designed so a patient at home and a clinician on the other end both get a simpler picture. The company is a Prar Inc venture and exhibited at HLTH Europe 2026.
The problem
A medical device carries a drawing, a revision, a spec, and a paper trail for every part. For a small engineering team, that trail lives across email threads, supplier calls, and spreadsheets, and engineers spend their week chasing parts instead of designing them.
What Manufex does for Ausa
Manufex runs sourcing for the device from requirement to delivered part. Each order gets its own room and email address; Ausa copies it on the threads they already send, and the record builds itself: items, approvals, deviations, revisions, schedule, files, and payments, each linked to its source.
The Concierge team handles the physical work: supplier follow up, inspection before parts ship, and freight to Ausa's door. Ausa tells Manufex what they need; Manufex tells them when it has arrived.
What this means for a device company
Traceability is built into how Ausa buys rather than reconstructed after the fact. The engineering team stays on the product, and the supply chain has an owner.
